Past Student Success in the Sporting Field
Well done to former pupil Kaiwen Yang who played a major role in TU Dublin’s opening round victory over NUI Maynooth in the first round of the All Ireland Colleges Basketball League. We are always so proud to see our past students blossom not only in an educational field at third level but also in the sporting arena. There are many exciting opportunities for those current students who decide to embark on their further education journey upon leaving Larkin CC. Kaiwen was captain of the Larkin CC team who won the Leinster title and reached the All Ireland Bball final in 2017 and is currently studying music in TU Dublin.
Past Student Trains Basketball Team
A massive thank you to former pupil Oktawia Piosik and her colleague Irena who led our senior girls Bball team in a fitness session this afternoon in preparation for Friday’s Leinster quarter final. It’s always great to see former pupils return to show successful progression. Oktawia is currently studying Sports Management and Coaching in TU Dublin.
