Congratulations to Dominik Estefanis, winner of this year’s Spirit of P-TECH Award 2025

Dominik’s outstanding performance during her work experience at Irish Life perfectly showcased these qualities. She not only delivered excellent results but also built meaningful connections and created new opportunities for herself — including an offer of a summer internship! 

In 5th year, she spoke on a panel in front of over 100 attendees, including industry partners, fellow students, and P-TECH representatives. Her performance was so impressive that she was invited back this year to host the panel — and once again, she did an incredible job. 

At the P-TECH graduation at the National College of Ireland, Dominik received the award for Most Outstanding P-TECH Student across all participating schools — an honour voted on by industry partners, NCI, and P-TECH programme managers.
