First Year Students Enjoy Valentine’s Quiz Celebration

On Thursday, first year students took part in a Valentine’s Quiz as a fun way to end the term and earn VSWARE points. The event brought plenty of excitement and friendly competition, with a variety of entertaining rounds for everyone to enjoy.

Quiz rounds included “Guess the Baby Photos”, celebrity make-ups and break-ups, “Guess the Love Song”, and a round featuring interesting facts about Valentine’s Day. Students worked alongside their tutors, Ms. Gaffney, Ms. Crowe and Ms. Devlin, to test their knowledge and teamwork skills.

There were plenty of treats on offer, adding to the celebratory atmosphere as students eagerly tried to outscore one another. A special word of congratulations and thanks goes to this term’s First Year Class Captains — Estera 101, Lavodi 102 and Andrei 103, who did an excellent job organising and hosting the quiz for the year group. Their hard work and enthusiasm were evident throughout the afternoon.

Congratulations to Class 101, who claimed victory on the day. With great spirit shown by all, it was a wonderful afternoon for first year students and there is everything to play for again next term.
