Leaving Cert 2025 Results Information
We would like to take this opportunity to wish the Leaving Cert Class of 2025 the very best of luck with their results. Results will be available on Friday August 22nd at 10:00am via the portal.
We are so proud of all that you have achieved and how much you have grown over the past six years with us. These results do not in any way define you and are just part of your journey. There are many paths that can help you get to where you want to go and we hope we can support you with that if that is what you need.
A Guidance Counsellor will be available to meet students on results day or over the coming days to support any one who may need it. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Also feel free to pop in to the school on results day to chat to staff. We would love to see you all.
Please see below details on how to obtain your results.
10am Friday 22nd of August
Leaving certificate Established and Applied results are available from Friday 22nd of August at 10am through the Candidate Self Portal. A statement of results can be printed from the portal.
Please download a copy of your results and keep somewhere secure so you have them for future opportunities.
To access your results you will need your exam number, pps number and candidate self portal password.
If you need your exam number please contact the school. Please note this the number you used for your exams not your CAO number.
If you have forgotten your password, please reset it now so that you can access your results easily on Friday morning.

Please note CAO round 1 offers will be released on Wednesday the 27th of August at 14:00. A Guidance Counsellor will be available to support you with any queries you may have on the day in relation to this.
Access to Grades
12 noon Tuesday 26th of August
You can access your grades on the portal.
Application to View Scripts
5pm Tuesday 26th August to 8pm Wednesday 27th of August- Students can apply to view Leaving Cert scripts and will have access to component marks.
Leaving Certificate Established - applications must be made by candidates through the Candidate Self Service Portal
Leaving Certificate Applied - can apply to view scripts via email
Viewing Scripts
You can view manually marked scripts on Saturday 30th of August and online marked scripts from 9am on Saturday 30th of August to 9am Sunday 31st of August.
Appeal Grade
If you wish to appeal your grade you can do so by applying from10am Sunday 31st of August to 5pm Monday 1st of September.
Appeal Results
Will be available via the portal on September 26th at 11am.
Supports for Candidates
The Leaving Certificate candidate helpline, at 1800 265 165, which is provided by the National Parents Council Post-Primary will be available on 22nd of August 2025 to 1st of September for students to reach a guidance counsellor with any queries that they may have.
The SEC Candidate helpline will be available at 1800 111 135or 1800 111 136 to support candidates and queries may be e-mailed to candidateportal@examinations.ie.
