Celebrating Creativity and Wellbeing Through Our School Library

We’re proud to shine a spotlight on a recent initiative that highlights the vital role school libraries play in supporting student wellbeing and self expression.

Our librarian, Jean, has written a wonderful article on the “Who Am I? How Am I?” programme, run in collaboration with Fishamble. This inspiring initiative encourages students to explore identity and emotion through creative expression. This in turn, reinforces the library’s place as a safe, inclusive space for growth, reflection and community.

This is just one example of the powerful work happening in our school library, demonstrating how these spaces go far beyond books, fostering creativity, wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging.
