First Year Trip to Dublin Zoo

Our first year Environmental Science students enjoyed an exciting trip to Dublin Zoo as part of this year’s JCSP initiatives. The visit offered a valuable opportunity to explore biodiversity firsthand and deepen understanding of conservation efforts in action.

Throughout the day, students observed a wide variety of animal species from around the world, learning about their habitats and the challenges they face in the wild. The trip highlighted the importance of protecting ecosystems and preserving endangered species for future generations.

This hands on experience brought classroom learning to life, encouraging curiosity and awareness about environmental issues. It was a memorable day filled with discovery and inspiration for all involved.
