Pickleball Comes to Our School!

Last Friday, our school was delighted to welcome members of the local community who introduced First Year and Fifth Year students to the exciting sport of Pickleball. The session provided a wonderful opportunity for students to learn the basics of this fast growing game in a fun and supportive environment.

We are very grateful to DCC Sports and City Connects for providing the equipment, which helped make the event such a success. Ms. Doogan’s classes participated with great enthusiasm, embracing the chance to try something new and develop their skills.

The day proved to be a fantastic learning experience for everyone involved, bringing together different generations through sport. Ms. Doogan looks forward to introducing Pickleball to more classes in the future. Well done to everyone involved!
