TU Dublin Sustainability Workshop

Our transition year students had a fantastic opportunity this week to work on a project with TU Dublin to create innovative projects to help solve some of the current climate change problems the world is facing. Students spent the week brainstorming, developing and demonstrating their projects, showcasing the skills they developed on Friday by presenting their final projects. 

 

Congratulations to Kornilija, Jodie, Geraldine and Maeve on their winning project. This project created kinetic energy through movement at concerts. 

 

A huge thank you to Niamh and Jennifer from TU Dublin for facilitating the project, which students described as a fantastic learning experience. Thank you to ms. McKenzie for organising and to the wonderful staff who gave up their time to supervise students.
